This invention relates to medical appliances and it has particular reference to appliances for the treatment and relief of conditions due to congestion of the brain such as headaches, dizziness, drowsiness and in fact any condition due to high blood pressure in the arterial and venous system of the brain and medulla including that of the spinal cord.
